Innovation for a New Decade

On April 24, 2010 at San Gabriel Hilton Hotel, a whole day event including a luncheon,
a Technical Symposium, and a Convention dinner banquet was held which marks the 48th
anniversary of the Chinese-American Engineers and Scientists Association of Southern California (CESASC).

| The Chinese-American
Engineers and Scientists Association of Southern California (CESASC) is
one of the largest and most established Chinese-American professional
organizations in Southern California, founded in 1962, dedicated to
promoting the interests, aspirations and professional excellence of
Chinese-American Engineers and Scientists. CESASC provides career and
educational advancement opportunities, technical exchange, fellowship and
community service.

| CESASC is a non-profit, non-political and professional organization, which is financed by membership dues and donations.

CESASC 2009 Board of Director Election Results:
CESASC announced that four new CESASC officers were elected in the February election for their one year term starting July 1, 2009:
President: Wensheng Zhou
Vice President: Yiu Man So
Secretary: Ying Zhang
Treasurer: Manwai Szeto
In addition, a new non-officer Board of Direcor was elected in the same election for his two year term starting July 1, 2009:
Non-Officer Board Director (2 years): Youping Gao
Together with the following current Board of Directors who will continue their terms: Katherine He, Wei Kao, Sikun Lan, David K. Lee, Jason Wen, and Fonda Wu
We shall have an 11 member Board of Directors.
