Dear CESASC Members and Friends, 

It is with great honor and deep gratitude that I have been elected as the Incoming President of the CESASC. I am truly humbled by your trust and support, and I look forward to serving our organization and its members with dedication and commitment. 

CESASC has a proud legacy of fostering innovation, professional excellence, and community engagement. It is a privilege to build upon this strong foundation as we continue advancing our mission and expanding our impact. 

As we look ahead, my vision is to further strengthen CESASC as a dynamic platform that connects engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and young professionals. In collaboration with the Board, I will focus on the following key priorities: 

  • Strengthen CESASC’s role as a trusted platform connecting engineers, scientists, young professionals, and industry leaders across Southern California. 
  • Expand high-impact technical seminars and interdisciplinary forums, including emerging topics such as AI, clean energy, environmental sustainability, and healthcare technology. 
  • Enhance member engagement and mentorship, especially for students and early-career professionals entering STEM fields. 
  • Build strategic partnerships with academia, industry, and community organizations to broaden CESASC’s reach and long-term influence. 
  • Ensure sound financial stewardship and operational continuity, supporting future boards and sustainable growth. 

Work closely with local communities, schools, and educators to promote science and engineering literacy among middle and high school students, inspiring early interest in STEM through outreach programs, educational workshops, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences. In an era of rapid technological advancement and global challenges, collaboration is more important than ever. CESASC will continue to serve as a bridge—connecting talent, ideas, and opportunities across borders. 

I look forward to working closely with our board members, partners, and all of you to make the coming year impactful and inspiring. Together, we will elevate CESASC to new heights. Thank you again for your support. I am excited about the journey ahead.
